A recipe that I have really enjoyed for a diet smoothie is:

Ultimate Power Smoothie

(Number of Powerfoods: 5)

1 cup 1 percent milk

2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt

3/4 cup instant oatmeal (nuked in water)

2 teaspoons peanut butter

2 teaspoons whey chocolate powder

6 ice cubes, crushed

Makes 1 serving

Per serving: 440 calories, 24 g protein, 58 g carbohydrates, 9 g fat (3 g saturated), 7 g fiber, 240 mg sodium

Another smoothie recipe that includes tofu for a potential vegan meal replacement:

Tofu Smoothie

1         cup Tropicana Orange-Pineapple Juice

2          2 cups frozen strawberries

3          1 tablespoon honey

4          1 teaspoon vanilla extract

5          1 pack Nasoya Silken Tofu

6          1 cup Silk Very Vanilla Soymilk

7         1 large banana

8          12 packets Splenda

Mix all ingredients into a powerful blender until well blended.
